Your appointments are very important to our stylists at Nicole Marie Salon, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, so we request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a late notice charge. Please ask your stylist for her policy details and protocol.
Return policy: a store credit or exchange can be provided 15 days after retail purchase in like-new condition. We do not offer cash or credit refunds on retail transactions.
